What are the extra costs?+

Subscriptions to your business tools and AI usage are separate from our project fee. We estimate these in your proposal and explain what affects them. Wherever practical, providers bill your business directly.

How long does a project take?+

After discovery, your written proposal includes a delivery schedule based on the workflow, access to your tools, and the review steps needed. We agree the timing before you commit.

What if my project doesn’t fit a package?+

We’ll give you a separate fixed proposal with the deliverables, assumptions and costs. A website, complex application or larger integration may need its own scope.

Do we own what you build?+

You receive the delivered custom code, workflows and documentation after the agreed project payment. Existing software and third-party tools remain subject to their own licences. We explain those dependencies before you start.

Do we have to pay for ongoing care?+

Ongoing care is optional. We provide a handover, and the project includes 30 days of fixes for issues within the agreed scope. Support after that can be monthly or separately quoted.

What happens when the AI is unsure?+

We build clear limits and routes to a person. AI can make mistakes, so we use approved information, test realistic scenarios, and add human review where the task warrants it.
